GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION
The LATAM Strategic Seminar will take place on October 23 and 24 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel, located in the exclusive Puerto Madero neighborhood. The event will conclude on October 24 at 3:00 p.m., so it is recommended to schedule return flights after this time.
Arrival in Buenos Aires should be on Wednesday, October 22, as the program will begin that evening with a welcome cocktail at 7:30 p.m. at the hotel. For the convenience of all participants, rooms have been pre-reserved from October 22 to 24. Confirmation of the reservation requires either making the payment or providing a valid payment method.
ABOUT ARGENTINA AND BUENOS AIRES
Argentina, located at the southern tip of South America, is known for its cultural richness, gastronomy, diverse landscapes, and strong traditions in art, music, and sports. Its capital, Buenos Aires, is a vibrant city that blends European architecture with a strong local identity, offering a wide range of cultural, culinary, and entertainment options.
The event will take place in Puerto Madero, one of the city’s most modern and safest neighborhoods, recognized for its waterfront, contemporary architecture, and diverse selection of restaurants and recreational spaces. We will be staying at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel, an icon of the area that offers all the amenities to ensure a comfortable and productive experience during the program.
AIRPORT – HOTEL – AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Each participant is responsible for their own transfer from the airport to the hotel. For safety reasons, it is recommended to book the service directly with the airport’s authorized providers.

Upon exiting customs, turn left and you will find the taxi counter. You can also use Uber or Cabify.

Transfers for the dinner and other activities outside the hotel will be coordinated by the event organizers.
